Join the Nederland Downtown Development Authority Board!!

The Nederland Downtown Development Authority (NDDA) seeks one member to join the Board. The goal of the NDDA is to promote economic development and infrastructure improvements in the NDDA downtown district. Current NDDA projects are cited in the “NDDA 2017 Master Plan” and the “2005 NDDA Plan of Development.” For your reference, both documents are available for review on the NDDA website: https://www.nederlanddowntown.org
Applicants must be either a property owner or business lessee operating within the Downtown Development district. Board members serve four-year terms. NDDA board meetings are held at the Nederland Community Center on the second Wednesday of each month starting at 6:00 p.m.
Applications are due by Thursday, January 30, 2020. Interested parties should complete an application and return it to the Town Clerk, Miranda Fisher. Applications can be submitted via email at townclerk@nederlandco.org, in person at Town Hall, 45 West First St., or through postal mail at Town Hall, P.O. Box 396, Nederland, CO 80466.
